AI degree. Product instinct. Real world delivery. I bridge the gap between what's technically possible and what users actually need and I build things to prove it.
About Me
I'm Khadija Ibrahim, an AI graduate (FAST- NUCES, Class of 2025) who found her way into project management and never looked back.
I work at the intersection of engineering, strategy, and delivery, translating complex product and technical work into clear execution paths. Over time, Iβve learned that strong management is less about visibility and more about removing friction so teams can move faster.
I focus on structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable decisions. My strength lies in keeping teams aligned and unblocked while ensuring product direction stays grounded in real outcomes.
What I Bring
A mix of technical foundations, product thinking, and hands-on delivery tools.
My Work
Real problems. Real thinking. Click any card to explore the case and see how i approach problems.
Jira exists. Notion exists. ClickUp exists. Early career PMs still drop off all of them. The problem isn't the tools but it's what they assume about how users think.
